Why Opt for Herbalife Tea without Caffeine?

If you’re looking for Herbalife tea without caffeine, you can choose Relaxation tea. However, it’s not always available in all parts of the world.

As mentioned, most Herbalife teas have caffeine. If you have caffeine sensitivity, then you might want to try decaf coffee.

Or you may drink one of these caffeine-free herbal teas.

Chamomile

It has no caffeine. That’s why it’s an ideal refreshing drink if you suffer from insomnia. It has sedation and soothing properties to decrease inflammation.

Peppermint Tea

This tea has a cool flavor with a tingling finish. It’s a great source of vitamins A and C, as well as folate and calcium.

It has soothing effects on your digestive system. Hence, it’s a perfect drink if you suffer from an upset stomach. It can relieve cold and allergy symptoms, too.

When you steep this tea, it releases essential oils that are said to be antiviral and antimicrobial. With that in mind, it’s a great tea for boosting the immune system.

Hibiscus Tea

The taste is similar to lemons. This deep red herbal tea is rich in phytonutrients and antioxidants that can help in treating high blood pressure.

Hibiscus is often found in tropical regions.

Ginger

It’s a natural healer that originated from South Asia. It has a spicy flavor but with a range of benefits.

If you don’t mind its strong flavor, this tea can help you build stronger immunity and a better respiratory system. This tea can also be helpful if you have nausea.

You may also drink it if you suffer from GERD.

Rooibos Tea

It has a sweet flavor that’s similar to hibiscus tea. If you brew it longer, it can give you a full-bodied taste with warm, woody notes.

Rooibos is rich in antioxidants and high in calcium, vitamin C, iron, magnesium, and alpha hydroxy acid.

Chaga Mushroom

Its flavor is similar to coffee but without caffeine. It has a strong and earthy flavor that can work well if you add milk. But I don’t recommend adding milk to your tea, especially if you wish to lose weight.

Licorice

This is a sweet herb so you can turn it into a dessert. To soften ginger and mint’s flavor, you may add a bit of licorice tea.

Benefits of Teas without Caffeine

Herbalife tea without caffeine -- lacks caffeine

Because they lack caffeine, you can sip it at any time of the day. You can drink it before bedtime and you won’t have a problem sleeping. If you’re the type of person who wants to drink a cup of tea before turning in, then these teas can give you a restful sleep.

Furthermore, these teas can be steeped for a long time. They won’t get bitter, unlike herbal teas with caffeine.

However, if you want a hearty cup, just sip it for 10 minutes. To get the most flavor, opt for leaf herbal tea.

On the other hand, if you want a tea that can wake you up, then consider drinking a cup of Herbalife tea. It has caffeine in it so it can help in boosting your energy.

What’s great about this tea is that it won’t cause jitters, unlike coffee.

How About Loaded Teas?

We have talked about Herbalife tea loaded in the past. You may check out this post.

In brief, Herbalife loaded teas are teas made of different Herbalife teas. Keep in mind that Herbalife has different teas:

  • Herbal Tea Concentrate. It’s the company’s flagship tea product. It has 85 mg of caffeine and it can help you feel revitalized. It also contains a high amount of antioxidants. You may choose from its different flavors, like lemon, raspberry, cinnamon, chai, and peach. But you can always choose its original flavor.
  • Green tea. It’s a refreshing drink that has 25 mg of caffeine for every serving. This tea is infused with a natural pomegranate flavor. It’s sweetened with stevia leaf. With this tea, you get zero calories and no artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners.
  • Relaxation tea. It’s made with an herbal blend that has soothing properties. It supports relaxation so you can cope with occasional stress.
  • N-R-G Tea. It offers an uplifting flavor blend of orange pekoe, lemon peel, and guarana seed extract. It has 40 mg of caffeine. Although it increases your mental alertness, it doesn’t cause jitters.

When you make loaded teas, though, you can add N-R-G tea and LiftOff, in addition to Herbal tea concentrate. In that case, loaded tea is indeed loaded with caffeine.

Some are saying that this tea could help control their hunger and cravings while boosting their energy. Because of that, it can help in shedding some pounds.

However, it’s not for you if you are sensitive to caffeine. It’s safe if you are not caffeine-sensitive. You won’t feel jittery or complain of stomach aches.

But because of its high amount of caffeine, you may have difficulty sleeping at night. Since caffeine is a diuretic, you’ll find yourself frequently urinating.

Plus, it may increase your heart rate and blood pressure.

Conclusion

The only Herbalife tea without caffeine you can find is the Relaxation tea. It’s only available in select countries. Thus, you may try other herbal teas without caffeine. Or try half a serving of Herbal Tea Concentrate.
