Write for Vim Ch’i: Guest Post Guidelines

Are you passionate about writing and wish to share your knowledge about mindful eating, intrinsic health, or finding a balance in this stressful world? At Vim Ch’i, we’re moving away from restrictive dieting. Instead, we’re embracing a more conscious, sustainable relationship with food and wellness.

We’re always looking for fresh perspectives from health enthusiasts, nutritionists, and writers who share our vision. If you want to share your story, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

We want to focus on mindful eating and holistic health. These are the topics that we accept:

  • Mindful eating: Practical tips, personal journeys, and overcoming emotional eating.
  • Intrinsic health: Focus on wellness from the inside out.
  • Nutritional Insights: High-protein, nutrient-dense recipes and science-backed advice.
  • Self-growth: How mental wellness intersects with physical health.

Submission Guidelines:

  1. The article must be original. It hasn’t been published elsewhere.
  2. The length of the article must be between 800 and 1,500 words. But it has to add value to our readers with actionable insights.
  3. The tone must be informative, empathetic, and encouraging. We don’t want a crash diet or quick fix rhetoric.
  4. We handle the final optimization. But we want you to include a primary keyword and relevant subheadings.
  5. Include a short bio and a link to your personal blog or social media profile.
