About Us

Our Journey Mindful Eating and Wellness for Intrinsic Health

The Vision:

Vim Chi was born because we realized that our body can’t heal if the mind is in survival mode. For many years, the wellness industry has sold us “quick fixes,” such as restrictive point systems. Unfortunately, these aren’t sustainable. They’re also the causes of our health struggles.

Oftentimes, the weight we actually carry is the stress of a busy career, burgeoning unpaid bills, or a disconnected relationship with our daily habits.

What We Stand for — Vim Chi

We’ve moved away from being a supplement shop to becoming a resource for intentional living. We’re now focusing on mindful eating because it is the ultimate tool for self-awareness and lasting change.

By slowing down and listening to what our bodies are telling us, we learn to manage our reactions to the world and not just our weight.

Our Mission

To provide you with tools or strategies that can somehow help you build a life of lasting balance. Our mindful eating journal, for instance, can help you get started eating mindfully and stop overeating.

When you have a better understanding of the reasons for your cravings, you gain the power to pick a different path.
