One Meal a Day Female Results: Things You Need to Know

Eating one meal a day is not a diet. It’s a lifestyle. You’ll lose weight but you’ll stay for the health benefits.

When it comes to the outcome, the one-meal-a-day female results may be different from the effects in men. Nevertheless, OMAD can help you lower your calorie intake to trigger weight loss.

However, the study was just short-term. The longer-term outcomes aren’t known. Researchers could only speculate.

Nevertheless, it doesn’t hurt to try. If you do fasted cardio and it works for your situation, then continue doing so.

On the other hand, if performing fasted cardio makes you feel hungrier, then you should do it after your meal.

Or you can do it an hour before eating your one meal of the day.

Remember that exercise burns calories. It’s one reason you feel hungry after a workout.

2) Combine OMAD with Keto Diet 

Mixing OMAD and the keto diet may not be great for everyone, especially in the long term. However, many swore by the OMAD diet.

The Keto diet includes food that can keep you fuller for hours. In that way, you can stop eating five times a day. You won’t miss the snacks.

However, the keto diet requires that you consume up to 50 grams of carbs. It also encourages dumping junk food.
