What Exactly is Herbalife’s 21-Day Shake Challenge?

It’s a challenge for users to use Herbalife shakes for 21 days continuously. This is ideal if you want to determine whether or not these shakes can help with your weight loss goals.

During the challenge, you must survive on shakes, one meal, and water only. During this period, you should only drink shakes with milk and water. No alcohol. No ice cream.

However, some people can’t survive with shakes and water alone. That’s why they integrate one meal, aloe vera drink, coffee, and tea.

Rather than focusing on what foods you should eat, this system teaches you how to combine certain foods or nutrients with a balanced eating style to promote health and weight loss.

By taking part in the challenge, you will be asked to avoid some foods for a specified period.

If you think you can’t survive with shakes for breakfast and dinner, you just have to add 205ml of semi-skimmed milk for every serving.

The challenge is good for 21 days because people believe that it takes 21 consecutive days to form a healthy habit. Hence, the challenge must last for 21 days.

When you push yourself up to 90 days, the habit will become a part of your lifestyle.

What to Do during the 21 Days?

Because the goal of this challenge is to help you form a healthy habit that can transform your life, you must give up junk foods, especially sugar.

That is, no sweet treats for you. No cafe latte. No ice cream.

Since you’re giving up sugar, avoid fast foods. Cook your own meal. This is easy now that you’ll only be eating one meal a day.

The other meals will be replaced with Herbalife shake.

You should also drink a lot of water during this period. Otherwise, you’ll suffer from dehydration.

In your case, you may want to consider using an app that can help you track what you’re eating and the calories you consume every day.

Some apps help you find satiating foods. It means that after eating your one meal, you won’t crave another.

You should also incorporate regular exercise.

It’s also vital to get enough sleep or at least 8 hours of sleep. Sleeping early can help so that you won’t be thinking about food now and again.

Go to bed as early as you can. It will give you mental calm and peace as you get your goals soon.

When you sleep early, you’re can avoid midnight cravings. And this is great for the challenge.

Should You Try this Challenge? 

It depends on you. If you want to see your desired results, make sure that you follow it for 21 consecutive days. You should give up two meals for 21 days. If you focus on the big picture, the Herbalife 21-day shake challenge will become a lot easier than you thought.
