Khloe Kardashian is always known as the “fat” one. But you can’t call her that anymore.

Recently, she showed her toned abs on Instagram. Her sexy slim figure is the result of hours of spending at the gym to sweat out.

She started slowly.

But she’s now working out five days a week. I can definitely say that all of her hard work got paid off. Her abs look unbelievable.

She goes to Gunnar Peterson’s gym after realizing that she’s overweight and unhealthy. Before, she didn’t want to consider herself as the fat one. Well, she is compared to Kim.

When the realization kicked in, she decided to make fitness as her friend and a form of therapy. Khole Kardashian is sweating out to relieve stress.

The nice thing about her fitness journey is that she started slow. A slow start is great so you won’t give up easily.

When you do start fast, like 7 days a week, a few hours each day, you will easily get discouraged.

The key to getting her toned abs is consistency. If you really want long-term results, you need to follow a strict routine and stick to it.

Unfortunately, some of her bashers don’t want to believe of her toned abs. In fact, some of them think that she photoshopped her belly by putting her face onto Kendall’s body.

You, too, can have the same toned abs as Khloe Kardashian by following the healthy eating strategies and healthy workout routines of other celebrities here.
