It doesn’t only relieve the strain but it also relaxes the muscles in your eyes.

    Cucumber

    You can also use the cucumber remedy to let your eyes cool down. Simply lie on your back and close your eyes. Then, place a slice of fruit over each eye. Leave it there for 3 minutes. You’ll notice that your eyes are no longer strained.
