What is intrinsic health?

Most wellness programs only look at external factors, such as the number on a scale. Vim Ch’i, however, focuses on the intrinsic side. It means we focus on the internal mindset that dictates how you eat, how you spend, and how you live. We view your body and your bank account as a single, connected system.

How is Mindful Eating Different from a Traditional Diet?

Mindful eating is not a diet. Rather, it’s a way of eating to help you reconnect with your body’s natural hunger cues. The goal is to help you stop emotional eating by understanding why you eat and not just what you eat.

Do you support specific diets like Keto or Carnivore?
