    Here are some of the natural ways that you can do to prevent ED from ruining your sex life.

    1. Ditch the processed meat

    Yes, it’s more delicious than fish but it’s also rich in elements that can increase your likelihood of getting ED. That said, you need to live a life without it and starting eating the right food, not just to prevent erectile dysfunction, but also to improve your overall health. So, start consuming fruit, vegetables, fish, and whole grains.

    2. Check your vitamin B12 intake

    It may not be the main cause of ED but it can contribute to its existence.

    3. Walk 30 minutes a day

    Some medical studies suggest that getting moderate exercise can bring back sexual performance to men in their 60s. And when you walk 30 minutes a day, you can further drop your risk for ED.

    4. Lose weight

    When you lose weight, your waistline will also improve, which is a good defense against erectile dysfunction. Harvard Medical School explains that a man whose waistline is greater than or equal to 106.5 cm will have 50% chances of getting ED compared with men who only have 81 cm waistline. This is because obesity may cause vascular disease and diabetes. Keep in mind that these two are risk factors for this dysfunction. Furthermore, having excess fat in your body can interfere with the key hormones related to your sexual function.

    5. Monitor your vascular health

    Cholesterol, blood sugar and high blood pressure are factors that can damage arteries, not just in the heart and brain, but also those that lead to your penis.

    Most of the time, however, this issue is more than just a sexual concern. Men with this problem will develop a problem communicating with their feelings of satisfaction. And this may hamper your marriage as couples are said to be more satisfied with their marriages and lives, if they’re more sexually satisfied.

    However, if you follow these tips to avoid erectile dysfunction, you can prevent it and improve your relationship with your partner, in and out of your bedroom.
