    With her current slim figure, she referred her old self as a “former fat person.” But there’s no stopping her from losing more weight and maintain her ideal weight.

    According to her, she has learned to exercise the right way and consume the right foods. These are two of the most important things that people must consider when making changes to their lives, specifically their weight.

    Dieting doesn’t always work. It may work but it’s only for a short period of time. Although it’ll help you lose some pounds, the weight will come back the moment you stop dieting.

    For Kelly Osbourne, her weight loss program involves baby steps, commitment and staying true to her body.
