My QuickTrim review: Did it help me lose weight?

Here’s my very quick review about QuickTrim. If you haven’t heard of it, then you’re missing a lot.

But it’s not a bad thing that you’ve missed it as this isn’t a good product to lose weight. Yes, it has the face of Kim Kardashian on its box but its far-fetched claims just made be loathe it.

    QuickTrim’s claims

QuickTrim Review: Reasons You Must Avoid It

Lose weight faster than diet and exercise alone

    Detoxify your body

And this is the most outrageous claim that this product provides: 8,000 calories burned each month. It’s possible though but still…

    What I’ve experienced with QuickTrim

Good thing that I didn’t purchase the box. It was a gift to me by my friend.

    Now, my thoughts.

This isn’t a magic pill that can melt your fat off your body and help you shed extra pounds. It’s true that Kim Kardashian used it to lose at least 20 pounds during her first month of using it. But you must also understand that she has her own personal trainer. And she does workout to achieve her amazing shape.

Then, there’s the amount of caffeine in it. It could give you more energy. But it’s actually the result of caffeine high. With that in mind, I’d just settle with drinking cups of coffee each day to give me more energy.

    Did I lose weight?

I did. About two pounds for almost a month. But it wasn’t the QuickTrim pills that made me lose the extra pounds. Rather, it was the fact that I avoided junk foods and restrict my calorie intake. I also work out five times a week.

It might have helped me lose weight but it only contributed a little to my weight loss result.

    Don’t believe the hype.

If you want to lose weight, don’t pick this box up. Rather, go to the farmer’s market and obtain fresh fruits and veggies. Eat a healthy diet and move more.

    That’s it.
