Pumpkin pie is one of the most favorite foods of people. Unfortunately, this low-calorie food, which is great in losing weight, can be transformed into a food loaded with calories if you add heavy cream and whole eggs.

Thus, it’s best to use evaporated skim milk when you use a cream. And if the recipe calls for two eggs, it’s best to use only one egg yolk. In this way, you’ll be cutting the fat and calories but the people who’ll eat it won’t realize the difference. To further drop the calories of a pumpkin pie, you can skip the crust and opt for custard.

With these tips, you can prepare a low-fat pumpkin recipe that’s healthy, nutritious, and delicious while still helping you with your weight loss goal.
