Most of us know that we can’t do what we want to do if we’re not strong. But, unfortunately, most of us sit for multiple hours every day at work. And all that sitting is doing the opposite of making us strong—it can make us gain weight, cause back pain, and hurt our cardiovascular systems. So how do you counteract that and build your strength so you can do what you want to do—when you want to do it? Pilates may be a good solution.
