The Grammys 2015 just started. And those ladies on the Red Carpet really made an effort to look good. Most of them are slim and toned. Other singers did lose tons amount of weight over a few weeks prior to the event.

Last year, many people (including me) noticed the slimmer figure of Beyonce during her performance with hubby Jay Z. It turned out that Bey had an intense plant-based food diet for 22 days. It’s more of a vegan diet. With that being said, red meat is barred. Instead, she opted to eat fish. She replaced pasta for quinoa.
I think most of these celebrities, who were invited to attend the Grammys 2015, did follow a certain weight-loss diet to fit into those gorgeous gowns. Perhaps, they opted to have plant-based breakfast for a few weeks or a vegetable smoothie for their lunch.

Surely, Katy Perry’s ever-slim body is the result of her hobby, i.e. dancing. She’s known for her good (not great) voice and for her dance skills. And we all know how dancing can help in burning up 300 calories for 30 minutes.
She’s also a fan of immune-boosting diet that involves grilled chicken, grilled asparagus, brothy soups, and the like. To keep her energy levels, she eats a balanced diet and obtains vitamins from fresh juices and coconut water.

On the other hand, I’m waiting for Chris Martin’s performance. I think he still looks good despite his admission of eating meat again after his split from Gwyneth. So, he’s no longer one of the world’s sexiest vegetarians, eh?
But he does hit the gym. No wonder he stays as fit as he was before the split.
As regards to the winners of Grammys 2015, I hope Sia’s Chandelier will get the Record of the Year and “Take me to Church” by Hozier to be the Song of the Year.
