    Spas that offer this type of detox are treating people for a weeklong panchakarma. But there is also a one-day version where busy individuals can pop in for a health and wellness tuneup.

    More and more people are noticing and realizing the health benefits of Ayurveda. People recognize that meditation, exercise, diet and self-care practice may not work for everyone. Instead, they seek alternative healing. That’s whey Ayurveda will continue to be popular in the coming years.
